Bergamo, a city of 120,000 inhabitants, for three days has hosted five hundred thousand people who gathered for the gatherings of mountain. Honestly, I, like many others, I was a bit 'scared of so many people coming and instead, to my surprise, it was a magnificent feast, well organized, with no problems either mobility or public order. I'm not a people easy: a bit 'gruff, but closed strongly with a big heart. That big heart has hosted a bunch of real people, honest, simple, also a little 'sharp' attitudes but big inside.
We all owe a great deal to the Mountain for what they do at times most tragic of Italy and the whole world but also for daily work that they play in silence, without giving himself airs, with genuine simplicity. Their help is never lacking and we must pay them a big thanks.
