The truth is that I cook almost over and the heat is one of many reasons.
Now I am here to bring this recipe that I really liked it for its perfumes and the speed of preparation.
Yesterday, on TV Where in the program Nici Cook, was presented the recipe for the lemon grass chicken with basmati rice. This is a review in the sense that I did not follow the whole program from the beginning and was not there also some ingredients in my pantry but I assure you, however it is also so good.
Ingredients: Fresh ginger
1 red onion, lemon grass (not found so I joined chives and coriander)
1 clove garlic 1 lemon 1
chili chicken thighs or chicken breasts

brown sugar 2 tablespoons
Basmati Rice (finished accidents. I used arborio rice)
Take a nice piece of fresh ginger (about 8 to 10 cm), peel and grate, mettelo in a bowl and add the ' minced garlic, sliced \u200b\u200bonion, chopped herbs, hot pepper (I left the whole house because not everyone likes it spicy. If you want you can cut it into small pieces). Cut the chicken pieces (thighs are better because they are a bit 'more Grassina), pour it into the bowl with the herbs, sprinkle everything with lemon juice and let marinate for at least a couple of hours.
In a large pan put the oil, let it warm up a bit 'then toss the chicken with the marinade. Fry over high heat and when it all reaches a nice brown color, add two tablespoons of brown sugar. Let caramelize and then pour a glass - about-hot water, cover and cook for few minutes. Serve with boiled rice.
