Sunday lunch. Orange Cheesecake Pie Blueberries
Sunday is the only day of the week that allows my family to get together for lunch.
In fact, during the week, we all eat lunch outside in the evening while having dinner at home almost always, the time of training, meetings and work hard to make sure that we sit around the table at once.
Sunday so it's the day when usually I can prepare some dishes a bit 'more elaborate or requires a long cooking. Strictly only prepare unique dishes: a rich first or second course because none of us like more of a lunch consisting of all courses.
And when I was little my family, thanks to a grandmother who was a great cook, and every day we ate a first and a second with vegetables and often a fruit cake or otherwise. And in the evening replicated, perhaps with food more sober but still all there. Without doubt, the portions have been less abundant, but one wonders how I managed to devour everything.
Then, I'll see what I made today and we do have a question: but what do you cook for the weekly holiday?
chicken, sausage and vegetables in the oven
A whole chicken into pieces 8
sausage (the sausage is fine long, of any kind or the Verzini but also the delicious sausages.)
3 cloves garlic
1 lemon 1 tablespoon honey Salt
Peppercorns
big
Herbs (sage, rosemary, thyme)
2 bunches of spring onions 3 medium potatoes
4 zucchini 1 red pepper 1 eggplant
Oil
prepared the night before in a bag with a marinade of honey, spices, pepper, lemon juice (but then you put in the bag also been squeezed lemon juice), garlic, olive oil and will tuck the chicken. Massage it a bit 'and then let it stand overnight in refrigerator.
the morning pour everything into a large pan that can go in the oven, add salt and add the sausages. Bake at 180/200 ° until all have taken a beautiful Colorino, about an hour.
clean cut all the vegetables into large pieces, put the oil in a pan (I lined the pan with parchment paper), pour the vegetables, add a little 'thyme, salt and cook in oven at 180 degrees for 35 / 40 minutes.
Easy, no??
