The potato cake



you know those evenings when you open the refrigerator and inside there is virtually nothing that can fix dinner?
Well, tonight is just happened like that. Panic! Also because my 17 year old eats like a wolf and is not content with just little things well.
Good thing potatoes are quick and that I learned to cook the microwave. I've crushed, I put together a little 'butter, warm milk (and a little bit of white sauce, made by preparing lasagna today), parsley, pepper, salt, and I mixed it all. Then I made a mold in a layer of mashed potatoes, one of cheese, a ham, a cheese and parmesan shavings to finish even mashed potatoes. Knobs of butter and bake for around half an hour. Accompanied by salad was a perfect dinner. Potatoes
