For 5 / 6 servings (which is considered a main dish and then the portions are plentiful)

Chop the chicken breast and sausage and let them jump with very little oil in a frying pan.

In a large pan (that can go in the oven) Put the chopped onion with the oil and fry, add the rice and toast, pour the white wine and when it has evaporated, add all other ingredients. The broth must be completely absorbed by the rice which must still be al dente and the grains with beautiful detached.
