How To Make A Real Vgina

Paella pretend

When I prepare paella, I follow the recipe for a English friend. I get very good but it takes time just to clean the seafood, and so prepare the broth.
etc. But when the time is I just invented what they call the fake paella at home. Tasty, easy, fast and very colorful.




For 5 / 6 servings (which is considered a main dish and then the portions are plentiful)

600 grams of rice, choose a variety that takes good cooking
1 liter (approximately) in stock Dissolve saffron in two bags of chicken breast Half

300 gr. sausage
7 / 8 cherry tomatoes 1 red pepper or yellow

1 can of peas
1 package of mixed seafood (for risotto or sauce) Frozen
300 gr. frozen shrimp 1 onion

Oil

Salt Pepper ½ cup
white wine parsley and basil


Chop the chicken breast and sausage and let them jump with very little oil in a frying pan.
diced bell pepper and half the tomatoes.
In a large pan (that can go in the oven) Put the chopped onion with the oil and fry, add the rice and toast, pour the white wine and when it has evaporated, add all other ingredients. Pour the hot broth to cover everything well, mix, salt, pepper and not just to a boil again, cover the pan with a lid or aluminum foil and place in oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour. The broth must be completely absorbed by the rice which must still be al dente and the grains with beautiful detached.
