Muffins cranberry
250 gr.
150 grams of flour.
sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt
220 ml.
milk 1 egg 85 g melted butter cold
100 gr. cranberry sauce (I used dried ones I had in my pantry)
In a bowl place dry ingredients in another bowl the wet ingredients and stir just enough to mix. Then add the two mixtures and mix quickly. Add the blueberries to last. Pour the mixture into buttered molds and put in oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Excellent for snacks. Of course you want to put the fruit (apricots, peaches etc.). And if you use fresh fruit can increase a bit of 'the amount of flour. (270/280). With these doses
