Chocolate Lovers' Cake Tatin

For the cake 1 ½ cups flour - 1 ½ cup sugar - 3 tablespoons cocoa - 1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup soft butter - 3 eggs - 6 tablespoons milk (I used two or three more) -

a teaspoon of vanilla extract For the icing:
2 tablespoons cocoa - 2 tablespoons milk - 1 tablespoon butter - ½ cup powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 cup = 225 grams.

Cream butter and sugar until creamy, add one egg at a time, to finish all the milk and sifted dry ingredients. Grease and flour a baking cm. 24 and bake at 175 degrees for 50 minutes. In order not to darken the surface too, halfway through the cooking I put a piece of silver paper.
For the icing, place all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, and when you obtain a smooth cream pour on top of the cake and sprinkle.
