Cookies, cookies in hand, will not come out as I wish, as often is disappointed from the result. Usually I spend the time with my gf, parents, relatives, friends and 5 days are really Few Days But there's something more: I like my new house and my new life in Trieste, I'm happy to be here again.

The last 10 years show how much a life can change and how many ways a person can go through it. In 2001, just a couple of day after 09/11, I set up my first company. I had got my high school technical diplome just since 3 month before, I had never worked before in that sector but I was really plenty of entusiasm and willingness to go through this experience.
2003/01 second company as a partnership. Not really a good financial investment but really an useful experience, then University on 2004/2005. New challenge, new environment, new city.
I remember like it was yesterday when I attended the first lesson and when I've got the first mark on mathematics...
2006 Erasmus, 2008/02 Bachelor degree, 2009/07 London School of Economics, 2009/11 Master degree, 2010/01 London, 2010/09 MBA at MIB. Did I realize how fast this decade is passed in front of my eyes? Not really. I'm almost 28, how could I set up a company at 19? After 2 degrees and an MBA in progress I realized that, probably, I lacked some skills...not accounting, not finance, not negotiation, nothing. Just feelings, basically what helped me years later.
It's so funny thinking about my english level in 2006, during the Erasmus: Holy shit! Google translator Was My favorite site ... disaster. Probably not, I'm still good but I'm Better Than then for sure. OMG I know ... pathetic

From my personal analysis, among the many values \u200b\u200b(22 skills), my weak points were: Flexible Judgement, Coping and Active listening. The first relates to happen to accept the ideas of people from different backgrounds and cultural realities without anchor to their own, the second refers to the influence of pressure and stress have on a subject, and the third is active listening. These are the points on which I work because they are highlighted deficiencies. Will invest a little time coping with the above because that's what, at least in my case, manifests itself physically and gives me more problems, while the other two may act directly in the dynamics of the work of my group, they are already trying to apply them.
The next step will be to create a personal plan to organize my future steps based on what are my expectations. We are waiting and see what happens.
Meanwhile, out there, and the other between classes, meetings with colleagues. For the cake 1 ½ cups flour - 1 ½ cup sugar - 3 tablespoons cocoa - 1 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup soft butter - 3 eggs - 6 tablespoons milk (I used two or three more) -
a teaspoon of vanilla extract For the icing:
2 tablespoons cocoa - 2 tablespoons milk - 1 tablespoon butter - ½ cup powdered sugar - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup = 225 grams.
Cream butter and sugar until creamy, add one egg at a time, to finish all the milk and sifted dry ingredients. Grease and flour a baking cm. 24 and bake at 175 degrees for 50 minutes. In order not to darken the surface too, halfway through the cooking I put a piece of silver paper.
For the icing, place all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, and when you obtain a smooth cream pour on top of the cake and sprinkle.

3 peppers (green, red and yellow) 2 red onions
40 g pitted black olives

Now I am here to bring this recipe that I really liked it for its perfumes and the speed of preparation.
Yesterday, on TV Where in the program Nici Cook, was presented the recipe for the lemon grass chicken with basmati rice. This is a review in the sense that I did not follow the whole program from the beginning and was not there also some ingredients in my pantry but I assure you, however it is also so good.
Ingredients: Fresh ginger
1 red onion, lemon grass (not found so I joined chives and coriander)
1 clove garlic 1 lemon 1
chili chicken thighs or chicken breasts
Oil

brown sugar 2 tablespoons
Basmati Rice (finished accidents. I used arborio rice)
Take a nice piece of fresh ginger (about 8 to 10 cm), peel and grate, mettelo in a bowl and add the ' minced garlic, sliced \u200b\u200bonion, chopped herbs, hot pepper (I left the whole house because not everyone likes it spicy. If you want you can cut it into small pieces). Cut the chicken pieces (thighs are better because they are a bit 'more Grassina), pour it into the bowl with the herbs, sprinkle everything with lemon juice and let marinate for at least a couple of hours.
In a large pan put the oil, let it warm up a bit 'then toss the chicken with the marinade. Fry over high heat and when it all reaches a nice brown color, add two tablespoons of brown sugar. Let caramelize and then pour a glass - about-hot water, cover and cook for few minutes. Serve with boiled rice.

Registration is now open for the new year BABY GAME, the space dedicated to children!
From Monday, September 13 the teachers Irina and Deborah are pleased to welcome all boys and girls from 12 months to 3 years to have fun with us!
games, music, creative workshops and above all manuals many cuddles for your little ones!
The activities will take place from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 with the possibility to use the service in advance and delay.
After a period of integration the children can be alone with the teachers. Mothers may choose to use the service for the whole week or for three days of your choice.
The day will follow the following rules:

We all owe a great deal to the Mountain for what they do at times most tragic of Italy and the whole world but also for daily work that they play in silence, without giving himself airs, with genuine simplicity. Their help is never lacking and we must pay them a big thanks.
